The first objective of this paper is to raise awareness of the discipline of roller hockey, which is still considered today as a "niche" sport and is rarely practiced.
Starting from the analysis of the theoretical aspects, of the rules and of the performance model, a sample made up of eight athletes was taken and their state of form was studied, in an entire competitive season, through agility tests, conceived and used by the athletic trainer Matteo Ceresa.
The purpose of this analysis is to understand if and how the players improve in game performance and if there is a correlation between the period of the year in which the test is performed and the results obtained.
