Studio dello stato di forma di una squadra di hockey su pista durante un’intera stagione agonistica

Abstract

Il presente elaborato si pone come primo obiettivo quello di far conoscere la disciplina dell’hockey su pista, ad oggi considerata ancora come uno sport “di nicchia” e poco praticato. Partendo dall’analisi degli aspetti teorici, delle regole e del modello prestativo, è stato preso un campione composto da otto atleti e ne è stato studiato lo stato di forma, in un’intera stagione agonistica, tramite gli agility test, ideati e utilizzati dal preparatore atletico Matteo Ceresa. Lo scopo di tale analisi è comprendere se e come i giocatori migliorino nelle performance di gioco e se vi sia una correlazione tra il periodo dell’anno in cui viene eseguito il test e i risultati ottenuti.

The first objective of this paper is to raise awareness of the discipline of roller hockey, which is still considered today as a "niche" sport and is rarely practiced. Starting from the analysis of the theoretical aspects, of the rules and of the performance model, a sample made up of eight athletes was taken and their state of form was studied, in an entire competitive season, through agility tests, conceived and used by the athletic trainer Matteo Ceresa. The purpose of this analysis is to understand if and how the players improve in game performance and if there is a correlation between the period of the year in which the test is performed and the results obtained.
