La questione israelo-palestinese dalla prospettiva di diritto internazionale

Abstract

The thesis analyzes the Israel-Palestinian issue from the point of view of international law. Starting from a historical introduction, the characteristics of the law will be explored in depth, with an in-depth analysis of the case currently pending before the International Court of Justice through which the State of South Africa accused Israel of having violated the 1948 Genocide Convention at inside the Gaza Strip, in the conflict that arose on 7 October 2023.

La tesi analizza la questione Israele-palestinese dal punto di vista del diritto internazionale. Partendo da un'introduzione storica, si approfondiranno i caratteri del diritto, con un approfondimento circa la causa attualmente pendente davanti alla Corte Internazionale di Giustizia attraverso la quale lo Stato del Sud Africa ha accusato Israele di aver violato la Convenzione sul genocidio del 1948 all'interno della Striscia di Gaza, nel conflitto che è scaturito il 7 ottobre 2023.
