Determinazione di microcontaminanti organici nell'ambiente antartico mediante tecniche di spettrometria di massa e campionamento passivo

Abstract

Il seguente lavoro di tesi è incentrato sull'identificazione e il monitoraggio dei contaminanti emergenti presenti nelle acque antartiche vicino alla base Mario Zucchelli. Sono stati impiegati due approcci di campionamento, puntuale e passivo, sono stati impiegati utilizzando bottiglie Niskin e di vetro, campionatori POCIS e una loro modifica. Le analisi sono state condotte tramite cromatografia liquida ad alte prestazioni (HPLC) accoppiata alla spettrometria di massa tandem (MS/MS) in modalità MRM. È stata apportata una modifica al metodo di preparazione dei campioni, successivamente verificata tramite prove di recupero. Infine, sono stati effettuati diversi confronti, tra cui quello con i dati ottenuti nella campagna antartica precedente.

The following thesis work focuses on the identification and monitoring of emerging contaminants present in the Antarctic waters near the base Mario Zucchelli. Two sampling approaches were used, punctual and passive, they were used using niskin and glass bottles, Pocis championships and their modification. The analyzes were conducted through liquid high -performance chromatography (HPLC) coupled with the mass spectrometry (MS/MS) in MMM mode. A change was made to the samples preparation method, subsequently verified through recovery tests. Finally, several comparisons were carried out, including the one with the data obtained in the previous Antarctic campaign.
