This work is dedicated to the importance of adapted physical activity, in terms of inclusion, self-esteem and well-being. I took as an example my group of 5 women to show how you can work in a group despite different pathologies. The training acquired with the LM-67 degree should prepare us to face these cases and be able to make people with different ages, pathologies and abilities work, especially safely, without making them feel different.
