Le peculiarità della figura dello spedizioniere nel mercato cinese: il caso di a.hartrodt Greater China

Abstract

Il seguente operato ha come obiettivo l’analisi generale della figura dello spedizioniere, e dei collegamenti che ne derivano. Partendo dalla situazione economica attuale, si delineeranno gli attuali driver macroeconomici che influenzano le tratte marittime, per poi ipotizzare quali saranno i nuovi scenari globali. In seguito, ci soffermeremo sulla figura professionale dello spedizioniere, capendo come esso si sia evoluto nel corso degli anni, sia dal punto di vista organizzativo, che economico. Tale discorso verrà fatto sia per quanto riguarda il contesto italiano/europeo, sia quello cinese, di non facile comprensione, valutando nello specifico le differenze e le similitudini tra i diversi paesi. La scelta dell’argomento è stata motivata dal forte interesse per il settore delle spedizioni marittime, ambito in cui lavoro, e per la cultura del paese che negli ultimi anni si sta dimostrando una delle più grandi potenze all’interno del mercato internazionale. In ultima istanza, per fornire un taglio più concreto all’analisi, verrà approfondito dettagliatamente l’operato della casa di spedizioni internazionale a.hartrodt che, con più di 120 uffici sparsi in tutto il mondo, gode di un ottimo posizionamento competitivo a livello mondiale e opera attivamente anche in Cina.

The following work aims at a general analysis of the figure of the freight forwarder, and the connections that arise from it. Starting with the current economic situation, we will outline the current macroeconomic drivers that influence shipping routes, and then hypothesize what the new global scenarios will be. Secondly, we will focus on the professional figure of the freight forwarder, understanding how it has evolved over the years, both organizationally and economically. This discourse will be made regarding both the Italian/European context and the Chinese context, which is not easy to understand, specifically assessing the differences and similarities between the different countries. The choice of the topic was motivated by the strong interest in the shipping industry, a field in which I work, and in the culture of the country that in recent years is proving to be one of the greatest powers within the international market. 4 Ultimately, in order to provide a more concrete slant to the analysis, the work of the international forwarding house a.hartrodt, which, with more than 120 offices scattered around the world, enjoys an excellent competitive position worldwide and is also actively operating in China, will be explored in detail.
