La scuola tra le felci, nuovi ambienti di apprendimento

Abstract

il testo si focalizza sul legame tra il bosco e l'educazione. Nel primo capitolo viene analizzato il messaggio educativo che l'ambiente silvano tramanda ai bambini attraverso le fiabe. Inoltre viene analizzato il rapporto tra l'uomo e il bosco e il suo mutamento nelle principali tappe storiche. nel secondo capitolo viene posta l'attenzione sul movimento scout fondato da Beden Powell, vengono inoltre descritti i principali autori che dal 1700 ad oggi hanno contribuito al dibattito pedagogico e i cambiamenti che hanno riguardato la scuola in quel periodo. Nell'ultimo capitolo viene posta maggiore attenzione alle scuole nel bosco oggi. L'analisi parte da una realtà presente in Italia e ne evince le principali pratiche metodologiche, estendibili agli altri progetti del territorio. Infine viene analizzato l'apporto delle neuroscienze in merito all'efficacia di tali metodologie, contrapponendole alle principali pratiche presenti nella scuola tradizionale attraverso un'analisi statistica del disagio giovanile.

The text focuses on the link between the forest and education. The first chapter analyzes the educational message that the forest environment handed down to children through fairy tales. It also analyzes the relationship between man and the forest and its change in the main historical stages. The second chapter focuses on the Scout movement founded by Beden Powell, and describes the main authors who have contributed to the educational debate and changes that have affected the school in that period since 1700. In the last chapter more attention is paid to schools in the forest today. The analysis starts from a reality in Italy and shows the main methodological practices, which can be extended to other projects in the area. Finally, the contribution of neuroscience to the effectiveness of these methodologies is analyzed, contrasting them with the main practices present in the traditional school through a statistical analysis of youth discomfort.
