Un evento storico: il primo ordinamento penitenziario minorile

Abstract

L'elaborato tratta l'entrata in vigore della nuova legge penitenziaria minorile, d.lgs. n.121/2018. Vi è un breve excursus storico riguardante anche altri Paesi europei, fino ad arrivare ad un'analisi più approfondita del nostro Paese aggiornata ad oggi. Verranno analizzati gli uffici del servizio sociale per i minorenni e le istituzioni assistenziali giudiziarie nonchè le misure penali di comunità con le relative vicende esecutive e da ultimo, la Riforma Cartabia.

My thesis deal with the entry into force of the new juvenile prison law, legislative decree n.121/2018. There is a brief historical excursus also concerning other European countries, up to a more in-depth analysis of our country updated to date. The offices of the social service for minors and judicial welfare institutions will be analysed, as well as the penal measures of the community with the related executive events and lastly, the Cartabia Reform.
