L'intento di questa trattazione è analizzare le ragioni che hanno condotto autori, mestieranti, produzioni mainstream e televisive a confrontarsi con la sua narrativa e con quali dinamiche si sono sviluppati i rispettivi adattamenti.

The American writer Stephen King has always represented a point of reference for cinema, television and audiovisual culture in general. The intent of this discussion is to analyze the reasons that led authors, tradesmen, mainstream and television productions to deal with his narrative and with what dynamics the respective adaptations developed.
