Disabilità e non autosufficienza dopo il PNRR

Abstract

Il presente elaborato tratta i temi della disabilità e della non autosufficienza, ricostruendone un percorso storico che parte dagli anni 70 del ‘900 e giunge fino ad oggi. In particolare, la ricerca ha come obiettivo l’analisi delle riforme attuate con il Piano Nazionale di Ripresa e Resilienza (PNRR) in merito ai temi protagonisti di questo elaborato.

This Master Thesis deals with the issues of disability and non-self-sufficiency, reconstructing an historical path from the 1970s to the present day. In particular, the aim of the research is to analyse the reforms implemented with the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) with regard to the topics that are the protagonists of this Thesis.
