Abstract

La tesi tratta il processo tributario e il processo penale in tre ordinamenti europei, esaminando eventuali lesioni dei diritti fondamentali. Inoltre viene dimostrata la crescente importanza del diritto europeo nei singoli ordinamenti nazionali.

This thesis deals with the tax trial and the criminal trial in three European legal systems, examining possible infringements of fundamental rights. Furthermore it demonstrates the increasing importance of European law for the national legal systems.
