Temi e problemi del femminismo giuridico contemporaneo

Abstract

Con questo elaborato, cercherò di esporre tutti i problemi nascenti dalla lotta femminista che da molto tempo viene portata avanti, in particolare mi soffermerò su quella del giusfemminismo il quale vuole smascherare l'apparente neutralità del diritto nei confronti dei diritti, specie quelli femminili. A partire da tempi antichi fino a giungere alle lotte contemporanee, comprese quelle portate avanti anche dal femminismo islamico che, come si vedrà, affronta tutt'ora dure battaglie, forse ancora di più rispetto all'occidente.

With this elaborate, I will try to expose all the problems arising from the feminist struggle that has been going on for a long time, in particular I will focus on that of giusfeminism which wants to unmask the apparent neutrality of law towards rights, especially women's rights. Starting from ancient times up to contemporary struggles, including those carried out also by Islamic feminism which, as we will see, still faces tough battles, perhaps even more so than in the West.
