Cause e conseguenze acute e croniche dell'insulto al rene

Abstract

Il presente elaborato è incentrato sullo studio dell’insulto renale acuto e cronico. In seguito all’introduzione, inerente anatomia, struttura e funzioni renali, verranno approfondite le ostruzioni delle alte e delle basse vie urinarie e i tumori di rene e vescica. Lo studio verterà, inoltre, sia sulle cause scatenanti le infezioni delle vie urinarie (attraverso l’analisi dei meccanismi di difesa del corpo e della virulenza degli uropatogeni), sia sulle varie tipologie di infezioni quali cistite acuta, sindrome della vescica dolorosa (cistite interstiziale), pielonefrite acuta e pielonefrite cronica. Saranno approfondite le malattie glomerulari (glomerulonefrite acuta, glomerulonefrite cronica, sindrome nefrosica e sindrome nefritica) e il danno renale acuto (definizione, fisiopatologia e tipi del danno renale acuto). Infine, verrà analizzata la malattia renale cronica (definizione, epidemiologia, fisiopatologia), le sue manifestazioni cliniche, la diagnosi e la terapia al fine di consentire una migliore gestione del paziente nel contesto ospedaliero ed ambulatoriale.

This paper focuses on the study of acute and chronic renal injury. Following the introduction, anatomy, structure and renal functions, obstructions of the upper and lower urinary tract as well as kidney and bladder tumors will be emphasized. The study focuses on the triggering causes of urinary tract infections (through the analysis of the body's defense mechanisms and the virulence of uropathogens), and on the various types of infections such as acute cystitis, painful bladder syndrome (interstitial cystitis ), acute pyelonephritis and chronic pyelonephritis. Glomerular diseases (acute glomerulonephritis, chronic glomerulonephritis, nephrotic syndrome and nephritic syndrome) and acute kidney injury (definition, pathophysiology and types of acute kidney injury) will be discussed. Finally, chronic kidney disease (definition, epidemiology, pathophysiology), its clinical manifestations, diagnosis and therapy will be analyzed in order to allow better management of in-hospital patient and outpatient contexts.
