La realizzazione del paradigma della smart city da parte di una città: analisi del Pon Metro Genova

Abstract

Il presente lavoro si concentra sulla smart city, in particolare si indaga il legame tra questo concetto e lo sviluppo urbano sostenibile. Il lavoro è suddiviso in quattro capitoli. Nel primo capitolo viene illustrato il concetto di “smart city”. Nel secondo capitolo, viene invece approfondito il concetto di “sviluppo urbano sostenibile”. Nel terzo capitolo si illustrano i principali strumenti di finanziamento per iniziative di smart city. L’ultimo capitolo è dedicato a un caso di studio. Esso esamina i progetti che il Comune di Genova ha implementato nella realizzazione del Programma Operativo Nazionale “Città Metropolitane 2014-2020" rispettivamente all’Asse 1 (Agenda digitale metropolitana) e all’Asse 2 (Sostenibilità dei servizi e della mobilità urbana).

This work focuses on the smart city, in particular it investigates the link between this concept and the sustainable urban development. The work is divided into four chapters. The first chapter illustrates the concept of "smart city". In the second chapter, the concept of “sustainable urban development” is deepened. The third chapter illustrates the main financing instruments for smart city initiatives. The last chapter is dedicated to a case study. It examines the projects that the Municipality of Genoa has implemented in the realization of the National Operational Programme "Metropolitan Cities 2014-2020" respectively to Axis 1 (Digital metropolitan agenda) and to Axis 2 (Sustainability of services and of urban mobility).
