Il diritto dell'emergenza nella crisi da Coronavirus.

Abstract

Con la seguente Tesi si è proceduto all'analisi della gestione della pandemia Covid-19. Si è guardato a come gli ordinamenti, in particolare di Francia e Italia, hanno reagito all'evento calamitoso, quali sono state le discipline giuridiche poste in essere e le principali misure adottate.

With the following thesis we proceeded to analyze the management of the Covid-19 pandemic. We looked at how the legal systems, in particular of France and Italy, reacted to the calamitous event, what were the legal disciplines put in place and the main measures adopted.
