Abstract

L'elaborato vuole analizzare i fatti storici accaduti in Ruanda nel 1994 e in Bosnia-Erzegovina dal 1992 al 1995, paragonando l'attività dell'ICTR e dell'ICTY, la reazione della Comunità Internazionale nei due casi specifici, analizzando anche la situazione nei due Paesi al giorno d'oggi.

The topic is about the genocide in Rwanda in 1994 and the civil war in Bosnia-Herzegovina in 1992-1995. It is analyzed the comparison between the activity of the ICTR and the ICTY after the genocide and the civil war, their contributions to reconciliation and the situation in Rwanda and in Bosnia-Herzegovina nowadays.
