La comunicazione motivazionale in azienda attraverso i TED talks di Simon Sinek e Dan Pink

Abstract

In questa tesi affronteremo uno degli argomenti più discussi, in ambito sociale, pedagogico, filosofico ed aziendale, degli ultimi anni: la comunicazione motivazionale. La comunicazione motivazionale opera in ogni ambito della vita sociale relazionale, ma andremo ad analizzarla soprattutto in ambito aziendale ove ricopre un ruolo fondamentale nella corretta gestione delle Risorse Umane. Motivare i dipendenti, i team, è quindi il focus su cui si concentrano gli studi più recenti che vedono le risorse umane come la maggiore risorsa aziendale. Analizzeremo approfonditamente il pensiero espresso da SIMON SINEK e DAN PINK nei loro scritti più rilevanti e nei famosi Ted Talks

In this thesis we will address one of the most discussed topics in the social, pedagogical, philosophical and business fields of recent years: motivational communication. Motivational communication operates in every area of relational social life, but we will analyze it above all in the corporate context where it plays a fundamental role in the correct management of Human Resources. Motivating employees, teams, is therefore the focus on which the most recent studies focus, which see human resources as the greatest company resource. We will deeply analyze the thoughts expressed by SIMON SINEK and DAN PINK in their most relevant writings and in the famous Ted Talks
