La mediazione in ambito carcerario in Argentina: traduzione de "La parola come diritto e come mezzo"

Abstract

La tesi verte su un programma, Marcos de Paz, nato in un carcere in Argentina, il cui scopo è far convergere le energie dei detenuti, familiari e personale penitenziario nel dialogo, per dare potere alla parola. Dopo aver tradotto il testo di partenza, ho esposto le problematiche riscontrate per fare la traduzione in un commento al testo e ho creato un glossario spagnolo-italiano con i nomi delle istituzioni, dei progetti e dei laboratori coinvolti.

The subject of my work is a program born in prison, in Argentina. It's aim is to give the opportunity to prisioners, to their families and to the prison staff to express their feelings and to exchange views by using the word. I translated the source text from spanish to italian: after that, I wrote a commentary to comment the problems I found during the translation. Finally, I created a glossary spanish-italian with the names of the institutions, projects and laboratories involved.
