Nei margini della vulnerabilità: i minorenni migranti soli tra ferite, identità e diritti

Abstract

In seguito alla mia esperienza presso la Clinica legale in materia di immigrazione e protezione internazionale nel 2023 mi sono ritrovata ad interrogarmi spesso sulla nozione di vulnerabilità. Questo lavoro nasce da quelle riflessioni sul concetto filosofico ma anche parola-contenitore e soprattutto porto franco che si ritrova ad accogliere diverse istanze. Ed è proprio qui che cerco di osservare questo spazio, abitato da molte esistenze tra cui i minori stranieri non accompagnati. Con apporti filosofici, antropologici e con strumenti del diritto cerco, attraverso questa ricerca, di riconsegnare uno sguardo a queste vite che si fanno carico di distanze, ferite ma anche di cura. La vulnerabilità allora si trasforma in uno sguardo da ricucirsi al fine di interrogarsi su chi siamo noi e chi è l'altro.

Following my experience at the Immigration and International Protection Legal Clinic in 2023, I found myself frequently questioning the notion of vulnerability. This work stems from those reflections on the philosophical concept, but also on the container word and, above all, a free port that finds itself accommodating various demands. And it is precisely here that I seek to observe this space, inhabited by many lives, including unaccompanied foreign minors. Through this research, I seek to refocus my perspective on these lives, which are burdened by distances, wounds, and also care. Vulnerability then transforms into a perspective that must be mended, allowing us to question who we are and who the other is.
