La mistica in Simone Weil: dalla ricerca della verità alla redenzione.

Abstract

Il presente elaborato è il risultato di uno sguardo sull’opera di Simone Weil con l’obiettivo di pensare insieme a questa grande filosofa la possibilità di ritrovare nuove forme di abitare il mondo a partire da uno sguardo critico dell’oppressione e la ricerca della verità, -da lei vissuta in prima persona - e la testimonianza di una crescita spirituale che l’ha resa estremamente sensibile ai dolori del mondo culminando nella concessione della redenzione come dono di sé all’altro. In questo percorso sono stati osservati alcuni dei principali concetti filosofici da lei sviluppati: creazione/decreazione, impersonale, vuoto e vocazione. L’elaborato è stato concepito tenendo presente la complessità di un pensiero che si è espresso per lo più in modo frammentato, rifiutando qualsiasi inquadramento che lo rendesse una certezza monolica. Il risultato è un lavoro che non riesce del tutto ad offrire risposte all’ obbiettivo iniziale ma propone semmai un’apertura a nuove domande.

This paper is the result of a look at the work of Simone Weil with the aim of thinking together with this great philosopher about the possibility of finding new ways of inhabiting the world, starting from a critical look at oppression and the search for truth – experienced by her in the first person – and the testimony of a spiritual growth that made her extremely sensitive to the pains of the world, culminating in the conception of redemption as the gift of self to the other. In this journey, some of the main philosophical concepts developed by her were observed: creation/decreation, the impersonal, void, and vocation. The paper was conceived keeping in mind the complexity of a thought that expressed itself mostly in a fragmented way, rejecting any framework that would make it a monolithic certainty. The result is a work that does not completely succeed in offering answers to the initial objective, but rather proposes an opening to new questions.
