Ruolo di Fi.L.S.E. nel programma operativo regionale 2014-2020

Abstract

La tesi tratta nello specifico del ruolo di FI.L.S.E come attuatore delle politiche europee/regionali, quindi dei poteri che investe tale funzione e della realizzazione nel 2012 e dell’efficientamento della piattaforma Bandi Online negli anni dove i soggetti richiedenti l’agevolazione presentano le domande/richieste di contributo. Successivamente sono stati approfonditi i contenuti della Programma Operativo Regionale 2014-2020 FESR ed FSE con spiegazione degli Obbiettivi tematici affidati a FI.L.S.E. e dei numerosi Bandi che si sono originati da essi. Inoltre, sono stati anche commentati i risultati conseguiti dal Programma Operativo Regionale 2014-2020 FESR ed FSE. La scelta dell’argomento di tesi è dovuta al fatto che lavoro come impiegata nella finanziaria della Regione da circa cinque anni nel Settore Economia Sociale. Ho cercato le informazioni per redigere la tesi presenti sul web, nello specifico nei siti di Regione Liguria e di FI.L.S.E, nonché nei documenti interni presenti nelle cartelle di lavoro condivise e di interviste a persone che lavorano nella Finanziaria ligure dotate grande esperienza nel Settore e di competenza nelle tematiche affrontate.

The thesis specifically discusses the role of FI.L.S.E as an implementer of European/regional policies, thus the powers vested in that function, and the implementation in 2012 and the optimization of the Bandi Online platform in the years when the applicants for the aid submitted their applications/requests for contributions. Subsequently, the contents of the Regional Operational Program 2014-2020 FESR and FSE were analyzed, explaining the thematic objectives assigned to FI.L.S.E. and the numerous calls that originated from them. Furthermore, the results achieved by the Regional Operational Program 2014-2020 FESR and FSE were also commented upon. The choice of the thesis topic is due to the fact that I have been working as an employee in the financial department of the Region for about five years in the Social Economy Sector. I searched for information to draft the thesis available on the web, specifically on the websites of the Liguria Region and FI.L.S.E, as well as in the internal documents found in the shared work folders and in interviews with people who work in the Ligurian Finance Authority with great experience in the sector and expertise in the issues addressed.
