Minori Stranieri Non Accompagnati, analisi del fenomeno e ruolo dei Servizi Sociali

Abstract

Il presente elaborato si pone l’ambizioso obiettivo di offrire un’analisi il più possibile approfondita ed esaustiva di una delle tematiche più discusse, strumentalizzate e mistificate del nostro tempo: il fenomeno migratorio. In particolare, l’indagine si concentra su un aspetto specifico di questa complessa realtà, ovvero la condizione dei Minori Stranieri Non Accompagnati (MSNA), esaminata attraverso una prospettiva metodologica e critica. Il focus dell’analisi si articola nel rapporto tra tali minori, l’Unione Europea, i singoli Stati membri afferenti alla UE ed i Paesi di origine. L'approfondimento si delinea inizialmente su un inquadramento storico-sociologico del fenomeno peculiarmente correlato all'Italia e successivamente intende offrire una narrazione che restituisca la complessità del ruolo ricoperto da tutti coloro che, a vario titolo e con differenti finalità, sono coinvolti nel procedimento di accoglienza e presa in carico di questi giovani sul territorio della penisola italiana.

This text has the ambitious goal of offering the most thorough and exhaustive analysis possible of one of the most discussed, exploited and mystified issues of our time: the phenomenon of migration. Specially, the investigation focuses on a specific issue of this complex reality, namely the condition of Unaccompanied Foreign Minors (MSNA), examined through a methodological and critical perspective. The focus of the analysis is on the relationship between these minors, the European Union, the individual EU member states and the countries of origin. The study study start initially with a historical-sociological framework of the phenomenon peculiarly related to Italy and subsequently intends to offer a narrative that restores the complexity of the role played by all those who, in various capacities and with different purposes, are involved in the reception procedure and taking charge of these young people on the territory of the Italian peninsula.
