L'elaborato tratta la clausola "solve et repete". In particolare, si compone di 3 diversi capitoli: il primo capitolo concerne l'origine storica e la costituzionalità della stessa, il secondo capitolo analizza nel dettaglio l'art. 1462 c.c. e l'ultimo riguarda il dibattito sulla validità e l'efficacia del solve et repete.

The thesis addresses the clause "solve et repete." In particular, it consists of three different chapters: the first chapter concerns the historical origin and constitutionality of the clause, the second chapter analyzes in detail Article 1462 of the Civil Code, and the last chapter discusses the debate on the validity and effectiveness of the "solve et repete."
