Il ruolo del coordinatore pedagogico. Definizioni, interazione e relazione.

Abstract

Il tema principale della tesi si focalizza sul cercare di rintracciare il ruolo e le funzioni del coordinatore pedagogico, soffermandosi in particolar modo sul nesso che si posiziona tra la teoria e la prassi. All’interno della tesi sono stati indagati anche i contesti educativi entro cui il coordinatore pedagogico opera. Il capitolo maggiormente specifico riguarda l’interazione e la relazione; tale distinzione è stata volontaria e mira a scernere la differenza tra l’interazione con altri professionisti che prendono parte al processo educativo della persona presa in carico e la relazione con l’utenza, cercando di valorizzare e sottolineare l’importanza della relazione e del valore educativo che veicola. All’interno della tesi si è provato a rispondere alla domanda: “Che cosa differenzia l’équipe educativa dalle altre équipe esistenti?” ed in particolare alla specificità del coordinatore pedagogico all’interno delle dinamiche di interazione e di relazione che insorgono quotidianamente all’interno dei servizi educativi. Dalla tesi emerge che la flessibilità e il problem solving sono alla base dell’agire in relazione del coordinatore pedagogico. All‘interno della tesi si sottolinea l’importanza del lavoro comune volto alla realizzazione del progetto educativo rivolto alla persona presa in carico. In tal senso, il coordinatore pedagogico e gli altri professionisti attribuiscono una direzione di senso al proprio agire, sempre in funzione del benessere della persona. È necessario sottolineare che il progetto è in primo luogo “proprietà” della persona presa in carico; in questo contesto, il coordinatore pedagogico e le altre figure professionali collaborano in vista del raggiungimento degli obiettivi, aitando il soggetto a divenire vero ed unico protagonista del suo percorso educativo e formativo.

The main theme of the thesis focuses on trying to trace the role and functions of the pedagogical coordinator, focusing on the connection between theory and practice. The thesis also investigates the educational contexts within which the pedagogical coordinator operates. The most specific chapter concerns interactions and relationships; this distinction is voluntary and aims to understand the difference between interaction with other professionals taking part in the educational process of the person taken in charge and the relationship with the user, trying to value and emphasize the importance of the relationship and the academic benefit that it conveys. Within the thesis, we try to answer the question: "What differentiates the educational team from other existing teams?" and the specificity of the pedagogical coordinator within the dynamics of interactions and relationships that arise daily within the educational services. The thesis shows that flexibility and problem-solving are the basis of acting concerning the pedagogical coordinator. The thesis emphasizes the importance of the common work to realize the educational project aimed at the assigned person. In this sense, the pedagogical coordinator and other professionals attribute a direction of meaning to their actions, always in function of the well-being of the person. It should be stressed that the project is primarily the "property" of the assigned person; in this context, the pedagogical coordinator and other professional figures cooperate in achieving the objectives, helping the subject to become a true and unique protagonist of his educational and formative path.
