I correlati della dipendenza affettiva.

Abstract

Il mio progetto di tesi intende unire sia il mio interesse per il costrutto psicologico della dipendenza affettiva, una tematica che nel corso del lavoro da me svolto si è rivelata essere particolarmente interessante e stimolante, sia la volontà di arricchire e ampliare la quantità di ricerche svolte in merito a questa vasta tematica e, più specificatamente, riguardo allo strumento di misura Inventory for Love Addiction (INLOAD). Il quesito di base ha avuto origine da un’approfondita e attenta lettura del materiale presente nella letteratura già esistente, relativa a questo argomento, e si è evoluto nel corso dell’opera mediante l’insorgere di alcuni miei ragionamenti e degli spunti riflessivi forniti dal Prof. Carlo Chiorri e dalla Dott.ssa Antonella Lebruto, dell’Università di Firenze. Lo scopo di questo lavoro è stato, dunque, quello di validare l’Inventory for Love Addiction (INLOAD), un questionario autosomministrato per la misurazione della dipendenza affettiva messo a punto da Lebruto e collaboratori, nel 2021, e costruire un modello di spiegazione del costrutto. La versione originale è stata somministrata a 500 partecipanti adulti, 355 femmine e 145 maschi. L’analisi svolta ha condotto a un modello di regressione lineare inserendo come predittori i costrutti di vuoto interiore, temperamento e carattere, mindfulness, dipendenza patologica, attaccamento nelle relazioni adulte, rimuginio desiderante e metacognizioni ad esso associate. I risultati ottenuti sono coerenti con quanto atteso e sostengono l’idea che lo strumento possa essere utilizzato per ulteriori scopi di ricerca.

My thesis project intends to combine both my interest in the psychological construct of love dependence, a topic that in the course of my work has proven to be particularly interesting and stimulating, and the desire to enrich and expand the amount of research carried out on this huge topic and, more specifically, on the instrument Inventory for Love Addiction (INLOAD). The question originated from an in-depth and careful reading of the material in the existing literature related to this topic. It evolved over the course thanks to both my reflections and the ideas provided by the professor Carlo Chiorri and Antonella Lebruto, from the University of Florence. The aim of this work was, therefore, to validate the Inventory for Love Addiction (INLOAD), a self-administered questionnaire for the measurement of love dependence developed by Lebruto and collaborators, in 2021, and to build a model to explain the construct. The original version was administered to 500 adult participants, 355 females and 145 males. The analysis led to a linear regression model. The predictors of the constructs are sense of inner emptiness, temperament and character, mindfulness, pathological dependence, attachment in adult relationships, desiring thinking and metacognitions associated to it. The results obtained are consistent with what we expected and support the idea that the instrument can be used for further research purposes.
