Il nuovo Distretto sociosanitario e l'Assistente sociale distrettuale

Abstract

La riforma dell’assistenza territoriale, regolata dal Decreto 23 maggio 2022 n. 77, cioè il “Regolamento recante la definizione di modelli e standard per lo sviluppo dell’assistenza territoriale nel Servizio Sanitario Nazionale”, individua il Distretto sanitario come fulcro della nuova organizzazione territoriale: per tale motivo si sviluppa il mio forte interessamento per l’argomento poiché si tratta della sede in cui svolgo la mia attività lavorativa, cioè quella di assistente sociale distrettuale. Nell’elaborato mi soffermo sull’evoluzione normativa del Distretto sanitario dalla sua origine fino ad oggi, successivamente tratto delle trasformazioni che interesseranno il Distretto, secondo quanto previsto dal DM 77/22 e poi approfondisco il profilo professionale che ricopro nella Azienda Sociosanitaria Ligure n.4, ovvero quello dell’assistente sociale distrettuale, sia delle funzioni che esercito attualmente sia quelle che avrò nella nuova organizzazione territoriale.

The reform of territorial assistance, regulated by Decree 23 May 2022 n. 77, i.e. the "Regulation containing the definition of models and standards for the development of territorial assistance in the National Health Service", identifies the health district as the fulcrum of the new territorial organization: for this reason my strong interest in the topic develops since it is the place where I carry out my work, that is, as a district social worker. In the essay I focus on the regulatory evolution of the Health District from its origin to today, subsequently I deal with the transformations that will affect the District, according to the provisions of Ministerial Decree 77/22 and then I delve into the professional profile that I hold in the Ligurian Social and Health Company n. 4, i.e. that of the district social worker, both of the functions that I currently carry out and those that I will have in the new territorial organization.
