IL DIVORZIO NEL REGNO D'ITALIA NAPOLEONICO

Abstract

In questa tesi si cerca di analizzare l’istituto del divorzio nel periodo del droit intermédiaire, dal 1789 al 1799, anno in cui Napoleone dichiarò finita la rivoluzione francese per arrivare alla regolamentazione confermata dal Code civil del 1804 e abolita nel periodo della Restaurazione.

In this thesis we try to analyse the institution of divorce in the period of the droit intermédiaire, from 1789 to 1799, the year in which Napoleon declared the French Revolution over to arrive at the regulation confirmed by the Code civil of 1804 and abolished in the period of the Restoration.
