L'Evoluzione della politica di sicurezza e difesa dell'Unione Europea dopo la Brexit.

Abstract

L'obiettivo ultimo di questa ricerca è analizzare gli effetti del ritiro della Gran Bretagna dall'UE principalmente sulla politica estera e di sicurezza comune dell'Unione Europea, nonché sulle crisi e le sfide causate da questo ritiro. Gli altri obiettivi di questa ricerca sono comprendere e indagare le cause e le motivazioni del ritiro della Gran Bretagna dall'Unione Europea, un'indagine storica sulla formazione della politica estera e di sicurezza comune dell'Unione Europea e l'evolversi delle relazioni tra il Regno Unito e l'Unione Europea. Questa ricerca è organizzata in tre capitoli. Nel primo capitolo, ho discusso ed esaminato i principali traguardi storici raggiunti dall'Unione Europea nell'evoluzione della sua politica estera e di difesa, come la Politica Europea di Sicurezza e Difesa (PESD), la Politica Comune di Sicurezza e Difesa (PCSD), il Trattato di Lisbona e l'istituzione del Servizio Europeo per l'Azione Esterna (SEAE). Nel secondo capitolo, ho affrontato la Cooperazione in materia di Sicurezza tra UK e UE Pre-Brexit; una panoramica del quadro di cooperazione, Brexit: UNA BREVE STORIA. Infine, il terzo capitolo tratta degli Impatti della Brexit sulla Cooperazione in materia di Sicurezza tra UK e UE.

The Ultimate goal of this research is to analyze the effects of Britain's withdrawal from the EU primarily on the common foreign and security policy of the European Union, and the crises and challenges caused by this withdrawal. Our other goals in this research are to know and to investigate the causes and grounds of Britain's withdrawal from the European Union, a historical investigation of the formation of the common foreign and security policy of the European Union, and the evolving relationship between the United Kingdom and the European Union. This research is organized into three chapters. In the first chapter, I have discussed and examined the key historical milestones achieved by the European Union in the evolution of its Foreign and Defence Policy, such as the European Security and Defense Policy (ESDP), Common Security and Defense Policy (CSDP), Lisbon Treaty and the establishment of the European External Action Service (EEAS). In the second chapter, I have covered UK-EU Security Cooperation Pre-Brexit; an overview of the cooperation framework, Brexit: A BRIEF HISTORY. Finally, the third chapter deals with the Impacts of Brexit on UK-EU Security Cooperation.
