L’oggetto di scena: tra realtà e palcoscenico

Abstract

L’oggetto di scena: tra realtà e palcoscenico è un viaggio attraverso la trasformazione di un oggetto d’uso quotidiano fino a diventare oggetto di scena. L’elaborato, diviso in due sezioni, affronta, nella prima parte, il lato più tecnico di tale trasformazione, soffermandosi in particolare sul lavoro dello scenografo, fino ad arrivare ai principi di nascita e morte in scena di un oggetto, per poi affrontare l'oggetto più emblematico del teatro: la maschera. Nella seconda sezione vengono prese in esame tre opere teatrali: Oggi è il mio compleanno di Tadeusz Kantor, Le sedie di Eugène Ionesco, e Faust di Anna Peschke. Nelle opere viene utilizzato un oggetto che ci accompagna silenzioso nella nostra vita, la sedia. L'aspetto maggiormente messo in luce in questo studio è il carattere espressivo e simbolico che l’oggetto assume sul palcoscenico.

The prop: between reality and stage is a journey through the transformation of an everyday object until it becomes a prop. The essay, divided into two sections, deals, in the first part, with the more technical side of this transformation, focusing in particular on the work of the set designer, up to the principles of birth and death on stage of an object, and then addressing the The most emblematic object of the theater: the mask. In the second section, three plays are examined: Today is my birthday by Tadeusz Kantor, The Chairs by Eugène Ionesco, and Faust by Anna Peschke. The works use an object that silently accompanies us in our lives, the chair. The aspect most highlighted in this study is the expressive and symbolic character that the object takes on on stage.
