Il progetto P.I.P.P.I. e l'attuazione nei DSS 12-13 extra Genova

Abstract

La mia trattazione ha lo scopo di illustrare il progetto P.I.P.P.I. e i suoi obiettivi, con particolare attenzione alla messa in atto del programma attraverso la coprogettazione realizzata nei Distretti sociosanitari 12 e 13 extra genovesi. Nella prima parte, verranno presentate brevemente la metodologia e la deontologia del servizio sociale nel lavoro con minori e le famiglie e verrà presentato il progetto P.I.P.P.I. a partire dalla sua nascita ed evoluzione, fino al riconoscimento come Livello Essenziale delle Prestazioni Sociali e, quindi, progetto finanziato dal Fondo Nazionale per le Politiche Sociali e dai fondi del Piano Nazionale di Ripresa e Resilienza (PNRR). Successivamente verranno illustrate più approfonditamente le caratteristiche del Programma analizzando le sue fasi, gli attori del progetto, i tempi, gli strumenti, i dispositivi d’intervento e la valutazione partecipativa e trasformativa. Il passo seguente sarà, poi, quello di presentare la messa in atto del progetto nei distretti sociosanitari, con particolare attenzione alla coprogettazione tra i Comuni dei DSS 12-13 e gli enti del terzo settore. Nel quarto capitolo, infine, verrà effettuata un’analisi sul campo, verificando con quali modalità operative il Programma viene condotto e sviluppato.

My presentation aims to illustrate the P.I.P.P.I. project and its objectives, with a specific focus on implementing the program through co-design carried out in the socio-health districts 12 and 13 next to Genoa. In the first part, I will briefly introduce the methodology and ethics of social services in working with children and families. I will then present the P.I.P.P.I. project, starting from its inception and evolution to its recognition as an Essential Level of Social Services and its funding from the National Fund for Social Policies and the funds of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR).

Following that, I will delve into the characteristics of the program, analyzing its phases, project stakeholders, timelines, tools, intervention devices, and participatory and transformative evaluation. The next step will be to showcase the implementation of the project in the socio-health districts, emphasizing co-design between the Municipalities of DSS 12-13 and third-sector entities.

In the fourth chapter, a field analysis will be conducted, examining the operational methods through which the program is conducted and developed.
