I diritti allo studio e al lavoro in carcere

Abstract

Il presente lavoro ha come oggetto l’analisi del diritto allo studio e del diritto al lavoro all’interno del carcere. Questi due diritti sono elementi centrali del trattamento penitenziario nell’ottica del reinserimento sociale del detenuto.

The object of this work is the analysis of the right to study and the right to work inside the prison. These two rights are central elements of penitentiary treatment with a view to the prisoner's social reintegration
