Maternità surrogata e rapporti di filiazione

Abstract

Questo progetto si propone di analizzare, tra le varie tecniche di PMA, la maternità surrogata, tema oggi alquanto delicato e ricco di discussioni. Dopo un primo capitolo introduttivo, in cui verrà offerto un quadro generale sulla pratica della Procreazione Medicalmente Assistita (PMA), si entrerà nel cuore dell'elaborato a cominciare dalla definizione di maternità surrogata, tipologie e questioni etiche per poi arrivare al terzo ed ultimo capitolo dove verrà approfondito il tema della coppie omosessuali e la questione del genitore intenzionale. Intraprendendo questa analisi completa ed informativa relativa ai diversi aspetti della maternità surrogata, il fine ultimo è quello di evidenziare quanto possa essere ancora complessa questa pratica, offrendo al medesimo tempo una base solida per ulteriori discussioni e riflessioni. Lo studio in questione ha come speranza quello di contribuire significativamente alla comprensione di una delle sfide più complicate e dibattute nel campo della salute riproduttiva e dei diritti umani.

This project aims to analyze, among the various PMA techniques, surrogacy, a rather delicate and controversial topic today. After a first introductory chapter, in which a general overview of the practice of Medically Assisted Procreation (PMA) will be offered, we will get to the heart of the thesis starting from the definition of surrogacy, typologies and ethical issues and then arriving at the third and final chapter where it will be explored in depth. the topic of homosexual couples and the issue of intentional parenting. By undertaking this comprehensive and informative analysis of the different aspects of surrogacy, the ultimate aim is to highlight how complex this practice can still be, whilst offering a solid basis for further discussion and reflection. The study in question hopes to significantly contribute to the understanding of one of the most complicated and debated challenges in the field of reproductive health and human rights.
