Criticità e prospettive delle Agende 2030 e 2063. Tra problemi e potenzialità dell'Africa sub-sahariana.

Abstract

La tesi si compone di quattro capitoli: il primo capitolo prende in considerazione l’Agenda 2030; il secondo capitolo tratta in particolare 4 degli obiettivi dell'Agenda 2030 che ritengo fondamentali: la povertà, la fame, l’istruzione e l’uguaglianza di genere. Il terzo capitolo riguarda l’Agenda 2063, altro documento basilare per comprendere le risorse, le problematiche e gli impegni condivisi nei confronti del continente Africa. Il quarto capitolo tratta di tre degli Stati leader delle diverse aree dell’Africa sub-sahariana che possono essere un riferimento concreto per spunti e riflessioni.

The thesis consists of four chapters: the first chapter takes into consideration the Agenda 2030; the second chapter deals in particular with 4 of the objectives of the Agenda 2030 that I consider fundamental: poverty, hunger, education and gender equality. The third chapter concerns Agenda 2063, another basic document for understanding the resources, problems and shared commitments towards the African continent. The fourth chapter deals with three of the leading states of the different areas of sub-saharan Africa which can be a concrete reference for ideas and reflections.
