Il business family management nella gestione dell’impresa

Abstract

Lo scopo di questo elaborato è analizzare la gestione familiare delle imprese. Il primo capitolo introduce il lettore al family business spiegando che cosa si vuole intendere con il termine “impresa familiare” in ambito giuridico ed economico. Il secondo capitolo analizza l’istituto giuridico dell’impresa familiare introdotto con l’articolo 230-bis del Codice civile, con cui si tutela e si regolamenta il lavoro dei familiari dell’imprenditore, prendendo in esame i casi specifici in cui i familiari influenzano la gestione dell’impresa. Il terzo capitolo analizza le imprese familiare intese come società a conduzione familiare, mentre l’ultimo capitolo focalizza l’attenzione sulla gestione di queste società analizzando i punti chiave dell’argomento.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the family management of businesses. The first chapter introduces the reader to the family business by explaining what is meant by the term 'family enterprise' in legal and economic contexts. The second chapter examines the legal institution of the family business introduced with Article 230-bis of the Civil Code, which protects and regulates the work of the entrepreneur's family members, considering specific cases in which family members influence business management. The third chapter analyzes family businesses as family-run companies, while the final chapter focuses on the management of these companies by examining key points of the topic.
