Infanzia abbandonata e infanzia violata nell'età del diritto comune

Abstract

La tesi ha l'obiettivo di analizzare il tema dell'infanzia violata e abbandonata tra il Medioevo e l'età moderna concentrandosi, in particolare, sulle principali problematiche ad essa legate, ovvero abbandono, infanticidio e pederastia. Nel primo capitolo sono poste le basi per analizzare il mutamento dell'atteggiamento della società nei confronti del bambino, proseguendo, poi, con un secondo capitolo destinato al fenomeno dell'esposizione e ai luoghi ad essa dedicati. Infine, un terzo capitolo incentrato sull'infanticidio e il rapporto con la figura materna, nonché sull'abuso sessuale, ovvero la pederastia, nei confronti del fanciullo.

The dissertation aims to analyze the theme of violated and abandoned childhood between the Middle Ages and the modern age, focusing, in particular, on the main issues related to it, namely abandonment, infanticide and pederasty. The first chapter lays the groundwork for analyzing society's changing attitude toward the child, continuing, with a second chapter dedicated to the phenomenon of exposure and the places devoted to it. To conclude, a third chapter focused on infanticide and the relationship with the mother, as well as sexual abuse, in particulare to the pederasty, against the child.
