Riqualificazione Strada del Parco

Abstract

“Una strada per il Parco” è tesi progettuale di pianificazione territoriale che utilizza un una metodologia ibrida combinando progettazione paesaggistica e pianificazione. Il tratto di strada in oggetto è compreso tra Alpicella e Piampaludo passante per la cima del Monte Beigua, collega la costa alle vette dell’Appennino Ligure. L’importanza di questa infrastruttura è rappresentata non soltanto da un collegamento tra due località ma dai paesaggi che attraversa nel cuore del Parco del Beigua. L'obiettivo è trasformare il percorso da solo elemento di comunicazione in un'entità unificante e promotrice di un nuovo modello di integrazione delle infrastrutture nel territorio. L’impatto ambientale ambientale dato dal taglio infrastrutturale si può trasformare pertanto in un’opportunità per la valorizzazione e la promozione turistica del territorio. La strategia di pianificazione mira all’implementazione di migliorie per la fruizione sostenibile, messa in sicurezza del transito di autoveicoli e promuovendo l’educazione ambientale e la gestione nel rispetto del territorio. In conclusione, il progetto rappresenta una soluzione per la gestione delle infrastrutture, un esempio sulla possibilità di integrazione tra necessità di mobilità e conservazione dell'ambiente circostante.

“Una Strada per il Parco” territorial planning project and thesis which uses a hybrid methodology combining architectural design and planning. The considered road goes from Alpicella to Piampaludo, passing through the top of Mount Beigua, connecting the coast to the peaks of the Ligurian Apennines. The importance of this infrastructure is not only represented by the connection between two locations, but by the crossed landscapes within the heart of the Beigua Park. The goal is to transform the route from a mere element of communication into a unifying entity and promoter of a new model of integration of infrastructure in the territory. The environmental impact given by the infrastructural cut can therefore be transformed into an opportunity to add value and promote tourism in the area. The planning strategy aims at the improvement for a sustainable use, at making vehicle transit safe and promoting environmental education and management that respects the territory. In conclusion, the project represents a solution for infrastructure management, an example of the possibility of integration between the need for mobility and conservation of the surrounding environment
