| it_IT |
dc.description.abstract | In recent years, smart working has increased significantly in companies, and with it certain organizational logics have changed, affecting employees' work and private lives. The purpose of this paper is to investigate whether the use of smartworking increases or decreases organizational and employee well-being. To this end, the first chapter analyzes the concept of "security" and how it has led to the broader definition of "organizational well-being". The second chapter examines the literature on "organizational malaise" through an analysis of its main pathologies and psychosocial risks, briefly describing the most studied and well-known forms of organizational distress and malaise in the literature, deliberately leaving out the medical aspects. In the third chapter, the concepts analyzed in the first two chapters are combined with the mode of smart working", always starting from the concept of security (smartworking and the protection of occupational health and safety, especially in times of covidement-19), moving on to the topic of "digital well-being". Then it goes on to analyze the different forms of malaise related to smartworking, for example, one type of organizational malaise is work-related stress, which with the use of smartworking can result in technostress, workaholism in agile work, and how it has changed the work-life balance of employees. Finally, in the last chapter, through the analysis of a questionnaire, the initial question will be answered, namely whether the employee has indeed perceived more or less stress, whether he has worked more, how his boundary between his private and work spheres has changed since he started working in smartworking mode, and whether his well-being has therefore increased or decreased. | en_UK |
