Abstract

Lo studio proposto ricostruisce gli investimenti e le riforme previste nel PNRR in materia di infrastrutture e mobilità, relativamente al settore ferroviario e stradale, per poi fornire un’interpretazione del quadro complessivo degli interventi proposti, descrivendo i meccanismi di allocazione delle risorse e la visione strategica su cui è fondato. Nella parte conclusiva vengono presentate alcune opere strategiche in cantiere e si propongono alcune riflessioni più generali su quello che è, senza dubbio, il più grande piano di investimenti in infrastrutture in Italia dal dopoguerra.

The proposed study outlines the investments and reforms envisaged in the PNRR concerning infrastructure and mobility, particularly in the railway and road transportation sectors. It aims to provide an interpretation of the overall framework of these interventions, including descriptions of the resource allocation mechanisms and the underlying strategic vision. In the final section, we present several ongoing strategic projects and offer more general reflections on what unquestionably stands as Italy's most significant infrastructure investment plan since the post-war period.
