Pari opportunità di genere: dalle fasi evolutive alle prospettive attuali di sviluppo.

Abstract

La mia analisi, nel primo capitolo, si è concentrata sul lavoro di Federica di Sarcina, la quale ne "L’Europa delle donne: la politica di pari opportunità nella storia dell’integrazione europea 1957-2007" tratta il tema delle donne e il loro cammino verso l'uguaglianza di genere. Nel capitolo secondo ho analizzato le prospettive future toccando il tema del mercato del lavoro, gli ostacoli che incontrano le donne, facendo un accenno anche al divario di genere nel turismo. Nel terzo e ultimo capitolo ho cercato di trattare il tema dell’avanzamento nella parità di genere. In particolare, quest'ultimo tema di politiche di empowerment e pari opportunità mi sta molto a cuore, in quanto ho avuto occasione di approfondirlo grazie ad un'esperienza di tirocinio che ho svolto nel 2022 presso la Regione Liguria, la quale aveva come target principale il “Gender Equality Plan” (Piano di Equità di Genere).

My analysis, in chapter one, focused on the work of Federica di Sarcina, who in 'The Europe of Women: Equal Opportunities Policy in the History of European Integration 1957-2007' discusses the topic of women and their journey towards gender equality. In chapter two, I analysed future prospects by touching on the labour market, the obstacles women face, and also mentioned the gender gap in tourism. In the third and final chapter, I tried to address the topic of advancing gender equality. In particular, this last theme of empowerment and equal opportunity policies is very close to my heart, as I had the opportunity to delve into it thanks to an internship experience I had in 2022 at the Region of Liguria, whose main target was the 'Gender Equality Plan'.
