"C'era una volta..." Come il pensiero autentico dei bambini sia fonte di ricchezza

Abstract

Il presente contributo si propone di affrontare il tema della scrittura creativa, indagandone le potenzialità. Tramite uno studio approfondito e un’osservazione attenta e precisa ho potuto constatare come la voce dell’adulto, in maniera genuina e con finalità di aiuto, si sostituisca a quella del bambino tarpandone così le ali. Nella nostra quotidianità siamo abituati a sentire parlare di letteratura PER l’infanzia, ma in pochissime occasioni si parla di letteratura DELL’infanzia ossia creata dai bambini. La domanda di ricerca che mi sono posta è stata “Quale valenza ha l’elaborato autentico dei bambini?” Per rispondere a questa domanda affronterò il tema in questione suddividendo la trattazione in cinque parti, che analizzeranno differenti tematiche: Il bambino, ossia il soggetto come parte attiva del pensiero creativo, l’aspetto grafico, cioè come si sia arrivati alla scrittura partendo dai primi scarabocchi, la nascita di un testo narrativo partendo dagli elementi fondanti, l’osservazione, ossia come l’osservazione degli elaborati dei bambini possa essere una chiave di lettura del mondo del bambino stesso, infine una carrellata di esperienze che mi hanno condotta a elaborare quelle che sono le conclusioni; il pensiero autentico dei bambini è un'occasione preziosa per comprendere il mondo attraverso i loro occhi, senza filtri o pregiudizi. Gli adulti dovrebbero essere pronti ad ascoltare i bambini, a confrontarsi con i loro pensieri e sentimenti, a rispettare le loro percezioni e opinioni. Va sottolineata l'importanza di non sottovalutare mai la capacità dei bambini di apprendere, creare e agire, poiché essi sono in grado di sorprendere e innovare quando viene loro data l'opportunità di esprimersi liberamente. Il pensiero autentico dei bambini è un tesoro da scoprire e valorizzare per costruire un mondo più aperto, inclusivo e consapevole.

This contribution aims to address the topic of creative writing, investigating its potential. Through in-depth study and careful and precise observation, I have been able to see how the voice of the adult, in a genuine and helpful manner, replaces that of the child, thus clipping the child's wings. In our daily lives, we are used to hearing about literature for children, but on very few occasions do we hear about literature OF children, i.e. created by children. The research question I asked myself was: "What is the value of authentic children's work?" In order to answer this question, I will approach the topic in question by dividing the discussion into five parts, which will analyse different themes: The child, i.e. the subject as an active participant in creative thinking, the graphic aspect, i.e. how writing was arrived at starting from the first scribbles, the birth of a narrative text starting from the foundational elements, observation, i.e. how the observation of children's elaborations can be a key to understanding the child's world, and finally a roundup of experiences that led me to elaborate on what are the conclusions; children's authentic thinking is a valuable opportunity to understand the world through their eyes, without filters or prejudices. Adults should be ready to listen to children, to confront their thoughts and feelings, to respect their perceptions and opinions. The importance of never underestimating children's capacity to learn, create and act should be stressed, as they are able to surprise and innovate when given the opportunity to express themselves freely. Children's authentic thinking is a treasure to be discovered and valued in order to build a more open, inclusive and aware world.
