L'INCLUSIONE SOCIO-LAVORATIVA DEL DISABILE IN ITALIA E NELL'ESPERIENZA DELLA ASL 3 GENOVESE

Abstract

La tesi tratta dell'inclusione socio-lavorativa dei soggetti affetti da disabilità. Tratta la storia della disabilità e di come oggi è cambiato l'approccio al disabile. La tesi cita le principali fonti normative in materia di disabilità a livello nazionale. Nell'ultimo capitolo si rivolgerà l'attenzione alla legislazione ligure e all'esperienza nel settore dell'inserimento socio-lavorativo dei disabili della Struttura Semplice di Inclusione e Riabilitazione Sociale, Servizio dell'ASL 3 genovese.

The thesis deals with the social and labor inclusion of people with disabilities. It deals with the history of disability and how the approach to the disabled has changed today. The thesis cites the main regulatory sources on disability at national level.
