DIEC 3.0

Abstract

Le tecnologie stanno avanzando e il mondo universitario non deve farsi perdere quest’occasione. Il metaverso è il futuro, è il nuovo modo di insegnare e a darcene prova sono le università americane che stanno utilizzando questo nuovo metodo di insegnamento con ottimi risultati sia in campo economico che di insegnamento. Diec 3.0 è la proiezione futura del sito del dipartimento di economia nel metaverso. Alcune delle stanze del dipartimento saranno ricreate tali e quali nel metaverso, questo porterà ad avere un sito più facile, divertente e più comodo da visitare. Inoltre grazie alla creazione dell’università nel metaverso si può permettere alle persone invalide di entrare nel dipartimento abbattendo così le barrire architettoniche che normalmente vivono. La particolarità del ricreare l’università nel metaverso consiste nell’opportunità di non dover necessariamente seguire le leggi della fisica e i limiti architettonici della vita reale; nella sua creazione si può decidere di seguire la struttura del dipartimento in questione o rivoluzionarlo completamente o solo in parte. Nell’università divenuta DIEC 3.0 sarà inserito uno spazio speciale dove gli studenti possono scegliere cosa fare, se seguire le lezioni o interagire con altri avatar. Nella presente Tesi si è valutato di inserire un tempio giapponese ma nessuno vieta di inserire qualsiasi altra cosa, a partire da un semplice giardino fino ad arrivare al Tāj Mahal.

Technologies are advancing and the university world must not miss this opportunity. The metaverse is the future, it is the new way of teaching and the proof of this is the American universities that are using this new teaching method with excellent results both in the economic and teaching fields. Diec 3.0 is the future projection of the economics department site in the metaverse. Some of the department rooms will be recreated as they are in the metaverse, this will lead to an easier, more fun and more comfortable site to visit. Furthermore, thanks to the creation of the university in the metaverse, it is possible to allow disabled people to enter the department, thus breaking down the architectural barriers that they normally live. The peculiarity of recreating the university in the metaverse consists in the opportunity of not necessarily having to follow the laws of physics and the architectural limits of real life; in its creation you can decide to follow the structure of the department in question or revolutionize it completely or only in part. In the university that has become DIEC 3.0, a special space will be inserted where students can choose what to do, whether to follow lessons or interact with other avatars. In this Thesis it has been considered to insert a Japanese temple but nobody forbids to insert anything else, starting from a simple garden up to the Tāj Mahal.
