“So-stare fuori dal carcere”: Esperienze di reinserimento sociale

Abstract

Il tema centrale della presente tesi è definire la rieducazione e le esperienze di reinserimento sociale dei detenuti. Nel seguente elaborato viene analizzato il fenomeno della Devianza sulla base di una teoria relativista passando successivamente agli strumenti efficaci per il recupero e il reinserimento nella società civile di detenuti o ex detenuti.

The main topic of this thesis is defining the ri-education and the experiences of prisoner’s social reintegration. My paper analyses the phenomenon of deviance using the relativist theory and then analysing some tools effective for the prisoner’s reintegration in the society.
