Architettura nomade e spazi effimeri. Il lascito dell'Internazionale situazionista negli ultimi trent'anni.

Abstract

Dopo aver analizzato le vicende storiche e teoriche legate all'Internazionale situazionista, la presente ricerca indaga il lascito del citato collettivo artistico nelle realtà degli ultimi trent'anni. Passando per la descrizione del progetto New Babylon dell'architetto olandese Constant Nieuwenhuys, l'elaborato sottolinea il legame tra le situazioni del gruppo romano Stalker e le operazioni dell'artista genovese Luca Vitone con gli ideali concettuali diffusi negli anni Cinquanta e Sessanta dal movimento situazionista.

After analyzing the historical and theoretical events linked to the Situationist International, this research investigates the legacy of the aforementioned artistic collective in the realities of the last thirty years. Passing through the description of the New Babylon project by the Dutch architect Constant Nieuwenhuys, the text underlines the link between the situations of the roman group Stalker and the operations of the genoese artist Luca Vitone with the conceptual ideals spread in the fifties and sixties by the situationist movement.
