Interventi di efficientamento energetico alla luce del Superbonus 110%, caso studio di una villa monofamiliare.

Abstract

Negli ultimi due anni si è sentito parlare molto di Superbonus 110%. Questa tesi vuole fornire un'introduzione all'argomento spiegando in cosa consiste la legge e come poter fare per ottenere le detrazioni. La teoria descritta viene poi applicata ad un caso studio di una villetta monofamiliare situata in Alessandria. Lo studio del progetto energetico è stato svolto con l'aiuto del programma Edilclima e , una volta svolte le verifiche di legge, è stato possibile fare uno studio economico di tutto l'intervento.

In the last two years we have heard a lot about Superbonus 110%. This thesis is intended to provide an introduction to the subject by explaining what the law is and how to obtain the bonus. The theory described is then applied to a case study of a detached villa located in Alessandria. The study of the energy project was made with the help of the Edilclima program and, once the law checks were carried out, it was possible to make an economic study of the whole intervention.
