Abstract

Inland Festival, il design dell’evento per la valorizzazione del territorio. Partendo dai concetti del design per il territorio si pone la domanda se la progettazione degli eventi possa rientrare in questo ambito, oppure se possa essere un’azione concreta per la valorizzazione delle varie realtà, ma come questi eventi debbano essere progettati per avere un riscontro positivo sul territorio; come essi debbano essere strutturati, quali enti pubblici e privati debbano essere coinvolti, quali tipologie di pubblico possano essere interessate, quali risultati positivi ci potrebbero essere, le loro tempistiche d’azione e quali ripercussioni avrebbero sui territori sia a livello sociologico che morfologico. Inland crea sinergie tra il mondo rurale e il mondo moderno, mostrando e comunicando in una chiave più contemporanea gli aspetti spettacolari che si danno per scontati. Un format di eventi replicabile su luoghi differenti, dove oltre alla partecipazione di utenti l’invito è allargato anche a progettisti che durante gli workshop organizzati potranno realizzare progetti per arrivare a risultati concreti per il territorio.

Inland Festival, the design of the event for the enhancement of the territory. Starting from the concepts of design for the territory, the question arises whether the planning of events can fall within this sphere, or whether it can be a concrete action for the enhancement of the various realities, but how these events should be designed to have a positive feedback on the territory; how they should be structured, which public and private entities should be involved, what types of public could be affected, what positive results there could be, their timing of action and what repercussions they would have on the territories both at a sociological and morphological level. Inland creates synergies between the rural world and the modern world, showing and communicating in a more contemporary way the spectacular aspects that are taken for granted. A format of events that can be replicated in different places, where in addition to the participation of users, the invitation is also extended to designers who, during the organized workshops, will be able to carry out projects to achieve concrete results for the territory.
