Adelaide Ristori "capocomica": un percorso attraverso le scritture del Fondo Ristori - Donazione Giuliano Capranica del Grillo

Abstract

L‘elaborato verte sull’analisi delle 171 scritture teatrali conservate nel Fondo Ristori - Donazione Giuliano Capranica del Grillo presso il Museo Biblioteca dell’Attore di Genova. Attraverso l’esame puntuale delle stesse, nelle quali Adelaide Ristori, Grande Attrice del secondo Ottocento di valore universalmente riconosciuto, è coinvolta come attrice o, più o meno esplicitamente, come imprenditrice, si è provveduto ad ordinarle in maniera organica e funzionale alla produzione di tre tavole, che ne definiscono le caratteristiche sia dal punto di vista dei loro contenuti, sia da quello della modalità nella quale le stesse sono state stese. Da questo lavoro preparatorio si è proceduto, attraverso la ricca bibliografia disponibile sia sul teatro dell’Ottocento in generale sia specificatamente su Adelaide Ristori, ed estendendo lo studio anche ai testi legali coevi al periodo preso in esame, a offrirne una visione il più allargata e completa possibile. Obiettivo del lavoro è anche, utilizzando le particolareggiate informazioni tratte dalle scritture, ricostruire almeno una parte delle Compagnie pertinenti a specifici periodi.

This thesis concerns the analysis of the 171 contracts preserved in the Ristori Fund - Giuliano Capranica del Grillo Donation care of Biblioteca dell'Attore in Genoa. Throughout the in-depth knowledge of them, in which Adelaide Ristori, which was a great actress of the second part of 19th century worthly universally recognized, is involved as an actress or, pretty much clearly, actress manager, it was decided to order the playwriting mentioned above in a functional and organic way, in order to create three tables. Those tables thus allow to define the contracts both on the content point of view and on the procedures through which they have been written (created?). Furthermore, starting from this groundwork, it has been proceeded through the wide bibliography, available either on the 19th century's theatre or specifically on Adelaide Ristori, extending the work also on the legal text that belonge to the same period, thereby offering a much wider and more complete view as possible. Aim of the thesis is also to rebuild at least a part of the contractors that belong to specific historical time, by using the detailed informations gained from the contracts.
