Abstract

SUCCESSIONE E COMUNICAZIONE La tesi ha ad oggetto le successioni e la comunicazione; le modalità di utilizzo e di trasmissione della comunicazione in ambito testamentario. Il testamento può essere redatto dal testatore o ricevuto dal notaio; la tesi, dopo aver analizzato le opinioni in merito alla natura giuridica del testamento affronta le modalità e le varie problematiche collegate alla redazione dello stesso. Si analizzano fra l'altro i poteri, gli obblighi e le responsabilità del soggetto che redige il testamento. Si analizzano le varie clausole che devono o possono essere inserite nei testamenti, gli obblighi del notaio collegati alla redazione dei testamenti. Si tratta anche delle invalidità che possono derivare dalla una non corretta redazione dello stesso.

INHERITANCE AND COMMUNICATION The thesis examines the succession and communication; the methods of use and trasmission of the communication in the testamentary field. The will can be drawn up by the testator or received by the notary. After analyzing the opinions on the legal nature of wills, the thesis deals with the ways and related problems of drafting the testaments. Among other things, an anlysis is provided of the powers, obligations and responsibilities of the person preparing the testament. The work examines the various clauses that must or can be included in the testaments, the duties of the notary related to the testaments, the possible consequences of incorrect drafting.
