Judo e spettro autistico. Studio applicato a bambini in età prescolare

Abstract

Questa tesi tratta delle problematiche che si possono riscontrare nel bambino in età prescolare, in palrticolar modo dello spettro autistico; mette in luce come lo sport, in questo caso, il Judo sotto forma di gioco possa essere utilizzato come “aiuto d’equipe” In veste di educatrice, come insegnante di judo lavoro anche con bambini che hanno delle problematiche. Svolgendo attività ludico-sportive, sopratutto con bambini in età prescolare, ho intuito che il gioco in tutte le sue forme, ha una valenza determinante nel processo di evoluzione dall'infanzia all'età adulta e ho sentito l'esigenza di approfondirne lo studio. Il tema del gioco è stato studiato, con prospettive diverse, da filosofi, psicologi, antropologi, pedagogisti e sociologi, i quali hanno cercato di cogliere la molteplicità dei suoi aspetti e delle sue caratteristiche; io ho scelto di approfondire l'aspetto psicologico analizzando le principali teorie evolutive dal punto di vista motorio, sociale, cognitivo, psicoanalitico. Mi sono documentata sulle principali problematiche correlate al periodo prescolare focalizzando l’attenzione sullo spettro autistico; ho quindi analizzato il judo in forma di gioco come “mezzo" denotando la sua importanza nello sviluppo sociale, motorio e cognitivo del bambino.

The main topics of this thesis are the problems that may occur in preschool child, specifically the ones related to the autistic spectrum. The thesis highlights how sport, like judo, played as a game, could be used as "team work". Being an educator and also a judo teacher is useful to work with children with mental problems. During activities especially with preschool children, I've noticed that the game in all its form has an important value in the development process between childhood and adulthood; so I decided to analyze the topic of the game. That argument has been studied from different point of view by philosophers, psychologists, anthropologists, pedagogists and sociologists, who have tried to grasp its different aspect and characteristic. First of all I've decided to study further the psicological aspect, analyzing the main theory from the motor, social, cognitive and psychoanalytic point of view. Then after learning the main issues related to preschoolar period focusing on the autistic spectrum , I've analyzed judo in a game form as "tool" highlighting its importance in the social, motor and cognitive development of the child.
