Abstract

This report describes the project to develop a management application for digitizing the process of registering, managing, and scheduling samples within the chemical-technology laboratory at Baykar Piaggio Aerospace. The goal of the project was to create a tool capable of improving data traceability and reducing manual tasks by integrating tools from the Microsoft Power Platform. The application was built using Power Apps, with SharePoint serving as the data storage system and Power Automate for automating workflows. The designed architecture enables structured information management, the tracking of analyses through all stages of the sample lifecycle, and the simplification of operators’ daily tasks. The project resulted in the creation of a scalable system that is easily expandable for future projects and is already in use within the company.
